Who Am I?
I am Josh Blackburn, a regular guy (without a tech background) who used to work in the oil industry for 17 years (pretty much hated all 17 years, and was laid off because the pandemic).
I picked up my girlfriends (now my wife) computer in 2010 and started looking for ways to make passive money online.
It was a long windy road, after a few years I had finally made a few dollars online and was hooked.
Then in 2013 I had finally built a site that ranked for "best pre workout supplement" and was making almost $2,000.00 a month, then I lost it due to a Google update.
I started a new a fitness site in the fall of 2013, then started a new job and decided to take some time off from SEO.
After taking a few years off and working another job I hated (and working 84 hours a week), I decide it was time to get back into the SEO game.
In 2016, I went back to work on the fitness site that I started in 2013. It was another long road, with minimal success; around $50 or so dollars a month.
I knew if I kept studying and testing, I could eventually get it.
Fast forward to November of 2017, I was ready to go all in and make a full time income online!
December 2017 I made $238 and...
December 2018 I made $5,476...
... The growth continued throughout 2019, hitting a peak at over $7,000 a month and in November of 2019, I sold the site for $160,000.
My license was expired, so we had to do the deal in my wifes name lol
2019 Changed My Life Forever
Not only was the money great, and allowed me to pay off all my debt (except my house), but it showed me that I had finally figured out how to make a living online.
